I´m a passionate Barchef and i love to challenge myself. I start and end my day with good coffee. Sometimes i end the day with a little liquer aswell 🙂

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Mezcal San Cosme
  • 30 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee
  • 60 Ml. Coconut Water
  • 3 Dashes Fee Foam, Fee Brothers

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Make an shredded Coconut Rim on every Cocktail-Glass
  • Pre-cool the Glasses with Icecubes
  • Give all Ingredients a good shake.
  • Strain the cocktail into the Cocktailglass but before, spray 2 times with Chocolate-Bitter into the glass. than add some fresh Icecubes
  • Put the cocktail-glass into a coconut bowl an add an bamboo straw. Than serve.
Coffee Preparation
  • First coarsely grind 80g of Espresso-Beans, 30 percent Highland Robusta, 70 percent Arabica
  • Put 400ml of cold tap water into the coffee an let it stand for 1 hour
  • Make a fine-strain and remove all solid parts
