I was born in Chicago originally but my family moved to San Fran when I was a kid. There I worked at my grandparent’s restaurant for my first taste of the industry. Moved back to further my career.
Cocktail Inspiration
Growing up in a Mexican family and Mexican restaurants plus wanting a beach coffee drink
Ingredients
- 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 45 Ml. Mezcal
- 15 Ml. 2:1 Agave Nectar
- 30 Ml. Fresh Espresso
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 5 Drops 10:1 Saline Solution
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake for 7 seconds
- Double strain into a collins glass with pebbled ice
- Garnish with fresh ground nutmeg and a mint bouquet
- Express a lemon peel over the top and discard
- Drink
