Cocktail Inspiration

Growing up in a Mexican family and Mexican restaurants plus wanting a beach coffee drink

Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Mezcal
  • 15 Ml. 2:1 Agave Nectar
  • 30 Ml. Fresh Espresso
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 5 Drops 10:1 Saline Solution

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake for 7 seconds
  • Double strain into a collins glass with pebbled ice
  • Garnish with fresh ground nutmeg and a mint bouquet
  • Express a lemon peel over the top and discard
  • Drink
