Cocktail Inspiration

Inspirado en la Gastronomía de Guatemala

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Cold brew
  • 30 Ml. Banana's mashed
  • 25 Ml. lemon and grapefruit
  • 5 Ml. Bitter cacao

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Have our glassware cold
  • Add all the ingredients to the shaker
  • We add ice and shake
  • Strain through a mesh strainer and serve.
Coffee Preparation
  • Pound of ground coffee is left per 2 liters of water for 12 hours.
  • Then we strain and package
