Ingredients

• 59 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 1 Oz. Reposado Tequila
• 2 Dashes Mole Bitters
• 1 Oz. Espresso

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• In a cocktail Shaker, add Tequila
• Add espresso
• Add bitters
• Add Licor 43
• Add Ice and shake vigorously
• Double strain into coupe glass
• Cover three-quarters of the glass with a small round object and spinkle cocoa powder to form a crescent moon

Coffee Preparation

• PREHEAT THE ESPRESSO MAKER
• GRIND AND MEASURE YOUR COFFEE
• TAMP THE ESPRESSO GROUNDS
• LOCK IN THE PORTAFILTER
• PULL A SHOT
