Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Woodford Rye 10yr
- 30 Ml. Fresh Espresso
- 15 Ml. Gourmet Butter Pecan Syrup
- 7 Ml. 99 Banana liqueur
- 3 Dashes Fee Brothers Turkish Tobacco bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- In a shaker, Add 3 dashes of Turkish Tobacco Bitters
- Add 15ml of Gourmet butter Pecan syrup
- Add 30ml of Fresh Arabica Espresso. I used the Espresso from Starbucks.
- Add 7ml of 99 Banana Liqueur
- Add 30ml of Whistle Pig Rye 10yr
- Add 45ml of Licor 43 original.
- Add ice into the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Double Strain into a coupe with a fine mesh strainer and Hawthorne strainer.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh Dill clothes pinned to the side.
- Also Garnish with a brûléed thin banana slice, candied pecan and 3 espresso beans.
Coffee Preparation
- Blend fresh Arabica coffee beans
- Brew until it is a rich dark color
