Cocktail Inspiration
My Cocktail inpired on composition of sazerac but not in flavor
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. El Dorado Yellow CatuaĆ Coffee
- 35 Ml. Hidromel Philip Mead Double Oak
- 10 Ml. Licor Frangelico
- 2 Dashes Angostura cocoa bitters
- 2 Drops Maker Marker's Bourbon Whiskey
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Spray bourbon into the glass
- Put all other ingredients on boston shaker
- Makes dry shake twice
- Shake with ice
- Double strainer to the glass and not put anyone ice cubes
Coffee Preparation
- French press
- 12 grams coffee powder
- 88 ml 92 gr celsius water
