“Casa de Vó” (Nana’s Place) rich in flavor and send memories that tastes like your nana’s place. In it’s decoration was used corn cake, which is a specialty from our ancestors of Northeast of Brazil.

Ingredients

• 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 40 Ml. Passion fruit concentrate
• 20 Ml. American Whiskey Tennessee
• 50 Ml. Dark toasted coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add the 50 ml of Licor 43 Original to the shaker, the 40 ml of passion fruit concentrate and the 20 ml of American whisky Tennessee.
• Add 200g of ice, coffee on ice and beat for 10 seconds.
• Makes a double filtration in a clay cup.
• Finish the drink with corn cake, crushed in a blender.
• Add three small pieces of corn cake to accompany the cocktail in a small clay container.

Coffee Preparation

• Boil water at 100 degrees.
• Grind the dark roasted coffee.
• Add the ground coffee in a paper filter.
• Carefully pour water on the paper filter.
