Ingredients

• 20 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 10 Ml. Vodka
• 15 Ml. Agave syrup
• 10 Ml. Mangaroca
• 40 Ml. Coffee
• 2 Ml. 2 sheets of Peppermint

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put all the ingredients in the cobbler shake
• Strain and serve in a classic Martini glass
• Decorate with mint leaf and chocolate shavings

Coffee Preparation

• We prepare the coffee with 300 ml of water at 90 degrees and 14 gr of coffee, in a French press
• We use a certified organic coffee with natural roast
• The origins of the coffee are Colombia Cauca, Honduras Marcala, Ethiopia Guji Uraga, Peru Organic
• These origins provide a blend with a marked fruity character and good acidity that lightens the sweetness of Licor 43
