It was my wife’s dream to open her own restaurant. I signed on during the Covid staffing shortage to help out behind the bar. Despite having no experience, I fell in love with the craft & the industry and am now a proud co-owner of our restaurant.
Cocktail Inspiration
I love the versatility of Liqor 43 and I often substitute it into classic and traditional cocktails. When it comes to coffee & cocktails, I typically think of dessert cocktails like the espresso martini. I wanted to deviate and create a cocktail that could be enjoyed at any moment. By reimagining Negroni by swapping out Gin for Mezcal and Campari for Liqor 43., I was able to achieve a Smokey & Smooth balanced cocktail. I truly hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
