Cocktail Inspiration

Ingredients

• 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Cold brew
• 70 Ml. Orange juice
• 20 Ml. raspberry puree

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put ice in the glass on the rocks
• Place the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well
• Take the water out of the glass and do a simple strain
• Garnish with a dehydrated orange and a white flower

Coffee Preparation

• Cold brew, In a French press, add 60g of finely roasted coffee
• Add 300ml of cold water
• Leave in the fridge for 8 hours
• Filter the coffee from the French press
