Cocktail Inspiration

The eclectic richness of a life working PM to AM

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Dark Rum (Mt. Gay Black Barrel)
  • 15 Ml. Mr. Black
  • 7 Ml. Banana Liqueur (Giffard Banane de Bresil
  • 30 Ml. Fresh Espresso
  • 2 Dashes Cinnamon Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  • Shake hard ten seconds
  • Double strain into a nick and nora glass (or similar)
  • Express an orange twist over the top of the settled crema, rubbing down the outside of the glass with the peel.
  • Garnish with manicured orange peel and serve
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind, press, and pull one short espresso shot
