Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Pisco
• 30 Ml. Tomato Water

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Pour tomato water over a big cube
• Combine Licor 43 and Pisco in a separate container
• Grind 5g coffee and place in a coffee filter. Place filter over glass
• Pour Licor 43 and Pisco over grounds.
• Stir after draining to combine

Coffee Preparation

• Grind 5g coffee as if it was for a pourover
