Cocktail Inspiration

The name of the cocktail is inspired by where Licor43 is originally made Cartagena, Spain.


  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 44 Ml. Pilipinas Spice Rum
  • 15 Ml. Jaggery Reduction
  • 30 Ml. BRU espresso


Cocktail Preparation
  • We start by adding 30ml of lime juice, 2 egg whites and 1 vanilla seed to a Whipped dispenser and let it seat on the freezer for 20min.
  • Jaggery reduction we boiled water add Jaggery, dried chili, black pepper, anis star and Cinnamon sticks. We mixed it up for 15min.
  • Once we have the foam ready and the jaggery reduction we continue by placing or Martini glass and adding to the shaker 44ml Pilipinas Spice Rum, 30ml Licor43, 15ml Jaggery Reduction, 30ml BRU espresso. Add ice shake it and put it on a Martini glass we add the Citrus Vanilla Beans FOAM.
  • Garnish Vanilla seed and a black flower.
