Cocktail Inspiration

The Spanish heritage that bond different American cultures

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 45 Ml. Pisco Capel Reservado 80 proof
• 45 Ml. Cafe Oro, Decaf ground Puerto Rican Coffee
• 15 Ml. Real, Banana Puree
• 3 Ml. Merken Seasoning (meassured in Grams)
• 5 Dashes Fee brothers, Fee foam

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Mix all ingredients and Dry shake vigorously
• Add Ice and Shake again
• Double Strain and serve on a coupe or cocktail glass
• Garnish with Merken seasoned Plantain chips Brulee on the Rim of the glass

Coffee Preparation

• Ratio for coffee is 1 TBSP : 3oz water
• Method is Pour Over
• Let Coffee cool down before using to avoid over dilution
