Ingredients

  • 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Mezcal
  • 20 Ml. Ginebra

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add our Licor 43, Mezcal, Gin, Orange Syrup - Passion Fruit and Egg White, and espresso
  • Inside our shaker we place our strainer spring to generate our foam.
  • Shake and additionally add ice to our Old Fashion glass and serve
  • We finish with a garnish of edible flowers
Coffee Preparation
  • We grind our grain coffee
  • We put it in our portafilter
  • We put the portafilter in our coffee machine
  • We extract the caffe for 20 seconds to generate an espresso
