- 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 20 Ml. Mezcal
- 20 Ml. Ginebra
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add our Licor 43, Mezcal, Gin, Orange Syrup - Passion Fruit and Egg White, and espresso
- Inside our shaker we place our strainer spring to generate our foam.
- Shake and additionally add ice to our Old Fashion glass and serve
- We finish with a garnish of edible flowers
Coffee Preparation
- We grind our grain coffee
- We put it in our portafilter
- We put the portafilter in our coffee machine
- We extract the caffe for 20 seconds to generate an espresso
