Inspired by an evening with wine and mint chocolate, I created this drink to end the day like it should end – fresh and relaxed
Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 25 Ml. Goslings Rum Black Seal
- 20 Ml. Espresso
- 15 Ml. Brown cacao liqueur
- 15 Drops Mint leaves
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Muddle 15 mint leaves in a shaker
- Add Licor 43, Rum, Espresso and cacao liqueur into shaker
- Shake and double-strain into Tumbler
- Garnish with mint head and thin dark chocolate
Coffee Preparation
- Grind your American-Roast Arabica beans with a degree of grind of 17,5
- Pour Espresso
