Inspired by an evening with wine and mint chocolate, I created this drink to end the day like it should end – fresh and relaxed

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 25 Ml. Goslings Rum Black Seal
  • 20 Ml. Espresso
  • 15 Ml. Brown cacao liqueur
  • 15 Drops Mint leaves

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Muddle 15 mint leaves in a shaker
  • Add Licor 43, Rum, Espresso and cacao liqueur into shaker
  • Shake and double-strain into Tumbler
  • Garnish with mint head and thin dark chocolate
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind your American-Roast Arabica beans with a degree of grind of 17,5
  • Pour Espresso
