Cocktail Inspiration

Opulento takes inspiration from Brazilian culture embodying its true luxury through its natural richness

Ingredients

  • 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Espresso Coffee Minas Gerais South
  • 25 Ml. Wine Jerez Tio Pepe
  • 50 Ml. Cocoa Honey
  • 6 Ml. Jatai Honey
  • 10 Ml. Cachaça with Umburama
  • 3 Ml. Orange blossom water

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a Boston shaker, add about 170 grams of ice cubes
  • Add all the ingredients
  • Shake vigorously for about 6 seconds
  • Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass using a single strain
Coffee Preparation
  • In the grinder set to a fine grind, add the 'Coffee Mais MANTIQUEIRA DE MINAS' coffee beans.
  • After grinding, add 20g of coffee to a double portafilter.
  • Compact the coffee grounds on the scale with a force resulting in 15 kg
  • Perform the 'flush', insert the portafilter, and extract for 30 seconds.
  • The total resulting volume is approximately 60 ml use only 20 ml for each cocktail.
