Cocktail Inspiration
Opulento takes inspiration from Brazilian culture embodying its true luxury through its natural richness
Ingredients
- 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 20 Ml. Espresso Coffee Minas Gerais South
- 25 Ml. Wine Jerez Tio Pepe
- 50 Ml. Cocoa Honey
- 6 Ml. Jatai Honey
- 10 Ml. Cachaça with Umburama
- 3 Ml. Orange blossom water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- In a Boston shaker, add about 170 grams of ice cubes
- Add all the ingredients
- Shake vigorously for about 6 seconds
- Strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass using a single strain
Coffee Preparation
- In the grinder set to a fine grind, add the 'Coffee Mais MANTIQUEIRA DE MINAS' coffee beans.
- After grinding, add 20g of coffee to a double portafilter.
- Compact the coffee grounds on the scale with a force resulting in 15 kg
- Perform the 'flush', insert the portafilter, and extract for 30 seconds.
- The total resulting volume is approximately 60 ml use only 20 ml for each cocktail.
