I always like to search Different combinations with cocktails, pushing boundires, that’s my stamp, cocktails and coffee, my two pleasures.
Cocktail Inspiration
Create a cocktail with a lactic note frome the yogurt to increase the licor 43 flavors and make a twist from a shaken 43
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Ristretto
- 15 Ml. Natural yogurt
- 10 Ml. Dry vermouth
- 3 Dashes Cacao bitters
- 5 Drops Rose water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Make several ristrettos to get the amount in ML for the cocktail
- Add all the ingredients to the shaker
- Take a hard shake to emulsify the licor 43 and the ristretto with the other ingredients
- Double strain into a pony glass
- Garnish with colombian cacao nibs
- ENJOY 43 TIMES
Coffee Preparation
- Take 16 grams of Colombia variety coffee into the espresso filter.
- Make the extraction into 9 Pressure Bars and 12 seconds almost (that depends of the country and weather)
- You will obtein almost 22-30ml of ristretto
