Inspired by the osmocosm and its volatile molecules that make up the aromas in which we are immersed.

Ingredients

  • 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Cold Brew by immersion in coconut water
  • 35 Ml. Soursop pulp
  • 15 Ml. Lemon juice
  • 20 Ml. Cava Brut Reserve

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker except the cava.
  • For fifteen seconds and pour with double strain into previously cold cp glass.
  • Finish with Cava wine and decorate with dehydrated lime.
Coffee Preparation
  • Add one hundred grams of medium ground coffee in a liter of water half coconut water, half mineral water.
  • Infuse for twenty-four hours and finally filtre.
