Inspired by the osmocosm and its volatile molecules that make up the aromas in which we are immersed.
Ingredients
- 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Cold Brew by immersion in coconut water
- 35 Ml. Soursop pulp
- 15 Ml. Lemon juice
- 20 Ml. Cava Brut Reserve
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker except the cava.
- For fifteen seconds and pour with double strain into previously cold cp glass.
- Finish with Cava wine and decorate with dehydrated lime.
Coffee Preparation
- Add one hundred grams of medium ground coffee in a liter of water half coconut water, half mineral water.
- Infuse for twenty-four hours and finally filtre.
