It´s been 5 years since I started this journey, I really love complex and clean flavors so that´s what I wanted to reflect in this cocktail. In this case it´s about floral and warm feelings

Ingredients

• 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 10 Ml. Gin (Preferable floral infused)
• 8 Ml. Yellow lime (Eureka lemon)
• 1 Drops Balsamic vinegar
• 80 Ml. Aeropress Brew Coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• In a glass server mix both the Licor 43 and Gin
• Add the drop of balsamic vinegar and the 8 ml of yellow lime
• Add the 80 ml of filtered Aeropress
• Stir and serve in a Turkish style tea glass while it´s still warm
• Garnish the rims with some lime skins
• Enjoy all the flavors when it´s warm and when it cools down

Coffee Preparation

• In an inverted aeropress add 10 grams of washed process coffee (In my case Gesha washed from Naolinco Veracruz)
• Pre infuse for 30 seconds with 40ml of 92 degrees hot water
• Pour until reaching 100ml and stir 5 times
• Wait 3 minutes and afterward filter the coffee
• Enjoy all the floral flavor
