When I heard about the challenge I inmediatly thought of creating something I could drink at our bar in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. This cocktail is fresh and perfect for a sunset at the Pacific beach.
Cocktail Inspiration
A SUNSET AT THE PACIFIC SEA
Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Bacardi White Carta Blanca
- 15 Ml. Cold Brew
- 45 Ml. Pineapple Juice
- 10 Ml. Lime juice
- 3 Dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a boston shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Add cocktail with dirty ice to a 16 oz cider glass, top with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a Pinapple leaf and put a short briodegradable straw.
Coffee Preparation
- Add 150 gr of half ground coffee (ground for regular coffee maker,).
- 1 liter of purified water room temperature.
- Mix and let infuse 24 hours at the fridge at 4C.
- Filter with Toddy cold brew filters.
