When I heard about the challenge I inmediatly thought of creating something I could drink at our bar in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. This cocktail is fresh and perfect for a sunset at the Pacific beach.

Cocktail Inspiration

A SUNSET AT THE PACIFIC SEA

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Bacardi White Carta Blanca
  • 15 Ml. Cold Brew
  • 45 Ml. Pineapple Juice
  • 10 Ml. Lime juice
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all ingredients to a boston shaker.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Add cocktail with dirty ice to a 16 oz cider glass, top with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a Pinapple leaf and put a short briodegradable straw.
Coffee Preparation
  • Add 150 gr of half ground coffee (ground for regular coffee maker,).
  • 1 liter of purified water room temperature.
  • Mix and let infuse 24 hours at the fridge at 4C.
  • Filter with Toddy cold brew filters.
