I’ve worked in hotel before i enter in liz cocktail in rio, in this places i worked with some latim friends, and they call me papi (that means friend ) and for honor tham I named the cocktail

Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 23 Ml. Tequila Jose Cuervo
• 8 Ml. Fernet Branca
• 23 Ml. Orange juice
• 8 Ml. Lime juice
• 30 Ml. Expresso
• 20 Ml. Ginger ale

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put in shaker the licor 43, Tequila, Fernet Branca, the juices and the expresso
• Put some ice and shake for 7 seconds
• Pick a collins glass, put ice and doble strainner the cocktail
• Complete the cocktail with ginger ale
• Now garnish with 2 mints leaves

Coffee Preparation

• Can do the expresso with the pocket machine or a normal one
• With u choose the pocket only put de caps and wait complete 30 ml
• With u choose the expresso machine put 8g of coffe in the filter and compact
• Do a flush in the machine, and the next put the filter
• Wait to complete 30 ml
• Choose a simple coffe (more chocolate taste )
