Ingredients

  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 20 Ml. Coffee in Aeropress (1:3) our Espresso
  • 30 Ml. Pear juice
  • 10 Ml. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 20 Ml. Mezcal

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker
  • Make a hard shake
  • Finish it up with a double strain to a Nude Savage Pony Glass
Coffee Preparation
  • In the aeropress, using the inverted method, scald the filter and the coffee pot
  • Add 30 grams of coffee in a medium to thin milling
  • Complete it with 90 ml of water between 94 to 96C
  • Mix it with a spoon for 5 to 10 seconds, cover it and wait for 2 minutes
  • Turn it and press it for 20 to 30 seconds
  • This recipe simulates an espresso
