Ingredients

• 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 1 Oz. Tea Mille collines (DAMMANN FRERES)
• 120 Ml. skimmed milk
• 1 Oz. Cardamom
• 22 Ml. Simple syrup

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Infuse milk with tea for 5 minutes.
• Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake
• Decorate with flower and cardamom

Coffee Preparation

• 8g of ground coffee in an Italian coffee maker
