I tried to create the perfect entree for the brunch o dessert for this hot summer here in medellin. The idea is to put the fruit inside the mix and eating everything’s😍enjoy it🎉

Cocktail Inspiration

The inspiration is mix the classic Spanish coffe with yogurt ice cream and add some fruit with the color of the Spain flag

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Coffee espresso
  • 5 Ml. Hershey Sauce
  • 100 Ml. Yogurt ice cream

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add the granola in the Irish coffe cup
  • Add the yogurt ice cream
  • Shake the licor43 with coffee and hershey sauce and put everything up to the yogurt to obtain the last layer
  • Last step is write 43 with cocoa powder amd cut the fruit
