My cocktail was born from a visit to the beach in which I needed a drink that could refresh my body but that was not a simple drink. So I wanted to play with three different textures to try to cover everyone’s needs.
Cocktail Inspiration
The cocktail is inspired by tropical climates and fruits harvested in Guatemala. Inspired by a visit to a beach or a temperate place, a very friendly cocktail for both climates where you can play with three different textures.
Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Liquor 43
- 30 Ml. Espresso
- 1 Ml. Chile Pasa or Mulato
- 30 Ml. Pineapple in pieces
- 30 Ml. Tangerine juice
- 45 Ml. Passion Fruit Jelly
- 45 Ml. tangerine cream
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- We make a tangerine juice cream and Milk
- We make a passion fruit jelly and add 1 once half in one glass
- Add in the shaker: tangerine juice, espresso coffeea, 4 pieces of pineapple, 45 ml 43 liquor, 1 Mulato spice , Add ice in the shaker and shaking all ingredients.
- We need double straner for this and serve in the glass with passion fruit jelly.
- Complete la cocktail with top of tangerine juice cream.
Coffee Preparation
- We put a glass with 45 ml of passion fruit gelatin to cool.
- We will make a tangerine cream with egg milk and tangerine juice.
- In a shaker we add: pineapple in pieces, a mulato chili, mandarin juice, espresso coffee.
- We mash all the ingredients for a few seconds.
- We add 45 ml of liquor 43.
