I´m a gastronomist and I´ve been a barista for 4 years, my cocktail was designed to highligth natural process coffees fruity notes whilst making sinergic fusion with licor 43 flavors


  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 8 Ml. Japanese Melon Liqueur
  • 30 Ml. Passion fruit pulp
  • 8 Ml. Ginger (Preferable fresh)
  • 8 Ml. Tequila Blanco
  • 130 Ml. Kalita Wave filter coffee


Cocktail Preparation
  • In a shaker we pulverize the passion fruit with the ginger
  • In the same shaker we pour 130 ml of filtered coffee
  • Then we add the 8 ml of Melon Liqueur
  • Afterwards we add the 8 ml of Tequila
  • And at last we add the 30 ml of Licor 43 Original
  • Add some ice and shake vigorously
  • We strain and serve in a Martini Glass with a Melon garnish
Coffee Preparation
  • In a preheated Kalita Wave we add 11 grams of natural process coffee with medium to fine grind (I used a Natural process coffee from Cosautlan Veracruz)
  • We pre infuse for 35 seconds with 40 ml of 92 degrees hot water
  • Then the next pour will be until we reach 80 ml
  • After 40 seconds we do one last pour until we reach 150 ml and wait until fully filtered
