Cocktail Inspiration

I like passion fruit with coffee and make a cokctail that fully integrate all the ingredients

Ingredients

• 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 50 Ml. Gin Bombay Saphire
• 25 Ml. Fresh Passion Fruit Juice
• 25 Ml. Monin Passion Fruit
• 10 Ml. Simple Syrup
• 25 ml Coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Put all the ingredients in the shaker with ice
• Shake for 20 sec
• Serve in a whisky with ice and a garnish with a rosemary

Coffee Preparation

• Coffee grained medium size
• Heat water til 95ºC to 100ºC
• Put coffe and water in the french press
• Wait for 4 min and take out of the french press.
