My aim was to create a cocktail, which is easy to reproduce, but shows all the flavors of Licor 43 and the chosen Espresso- supplemented by some (for a coffee- Cocktail) unexpected taste.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Root to Fruit Ricordino
- 10 Ml. Henri Bardouin Passis
- 28 Ml. Espresso Mexico Maragogype
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Brew Espresso, directly on ice
- Shake Espresso and other ingredients on ice
- Strain in chilled Cocktail- glas
- Garnish with fresh thyme sprig
Coffee Preparation
- Brew Espresso in a portafilter coffee machine, 11 g Espresso, grind: 2,5, 12 seconds, 94 degrees, ratio: 1 : 2,5
