Tengo un bar en Centro Histórico de Guatemala, soy melómano, soy un ciclista empedernido, vivo de noche, tengo un romance con la playa y el mar, asesoro la coctelería de distintos proyectos.

Cocktail Inspiration

Los recuerdos de mi infancia y los aromas dulces que son tan familiares en L43

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 60 Ml. Cold brew coffee (ratio 2 to 1)
  • 45 Ml. Banana cordial
  • 02 Dashes Angostura bitter

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Chilled glass.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Mix vigorously and strain into chilled glass.
  • Decorate with an orange peel.
Coffee Preparation
  • Washed gesha coffee 454g finely ground.
  • Water at room temperature 2000ml.
  • Mix and rest for 20 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Filter, package and refrigerate.
