Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 22 Ml. Cognac VS
- 44 Ml. Espresso
- 7 Ml. Orange Juice
- 7 Ml. Instant Coffee (Nestle)
- 15 Ml. Lavender Vanilla Syrup
- 28 Ml. Water
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Shake Licor 43, cognac, espresso and OJ with ice for 10-15 seconds
- Strain cocktail over fresh ice into a highball glass
- Dry Shake lavender syrup, instant coffee and water for 20 seconds
- Pour coffee froth over cocktail
- Garnish with orange twist and fresh lavender
Coffee Preparation
- Grind 2 g of fresh espresso from La Colombe Nizza
- Brew 1.5 oz of espresso at 197 degrees
