Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 22 Ml. Cognac VS
  • 44 Ml. Espresso
  • 7 Ml. Orange Juice
  • 7 Ml. Instant Coffee (Nestle)
  • 15 Ml. Lavender Vanilla Syrup
  • 28 Ml. Water

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Shake Licor 43, cognac, espresso and OJ with ice for 10-15 seconds
  • Strain cocktail over fresh ice into a highball glass
  • Dry Shake lavender syrup, instant coffee and water for 20 seconds
  • Pour coffee froth over cocktail
  • Garnish with orange twist and fresh lavender
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind 2 g of fresh espresso from La Colombe Nizza
  • Brew 1.5 oz of espresso at 197 degrees
