Soy una juez nacional de barismo apasionada por los sabores del café colombiano y lo que resulta de sus mezclas. mi coctel es un regreso al origen y un homenaje a donde empezó todo Europa y África.

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Dried cranberry infusion
  • 45 Ml. Cold brew natural bourbon

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Pour the dried cranberry infusion and the liqueur 43 in to the mixing glass.
  • Cool with 3 ices cubes for a 8 seconds
  • Serve the mixture in the short glass with a ice
  • Add the cold brew to a narrow spout teapot to serve and create 2 layers

  • Used coffee : natural bourbon
  • Extraction method : Cold brew
  • Amount of ground coffee : 83 grams
  • Amount of liquid produced : 465 ml
  • Water temperature : cold
  • Extraction time : 22 hours
