Soy una juez nacional de barismo apasionada por los sabores del café colombiano y lo que resulta de sus mezclas. mi coctel es un regreso al origen y un homenaje a donde empezó todo Europa y África.
Ingredients
- 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 30 Ml. Dried cranberry infusion
- 45 Ml. Cold brew natural bourbon
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Pour the dried cranberry infusion and the liqueur 43 in to the mixing glass.
- Cool with 3 ices cubes for a 8 seconds
- Serve the mixture in the short glass with a ice
- Add the cold brew to a narrow spout teapot to serve and create 2 layers

- Used coffee : natural bourbon
- Extraction method : Cold brew
- Amount of ground coffee : 83 grams
- Amount of liquid produced : 465 ml
- Water temperature : cold
- Extraction time : 22 hours
