My name is Bering and I work as a bartender since 2014. I really apreciate coffee, so I created a cocktail mixing the elegance of Licor 43 with a special touch of coffee and the complexity of Jambu.

Ingredients
- 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 28 Ml. Espresso Coffee Cerrado Mineiro Três Corações
- 20 Ml. Cachaça Jambu
- 15 Ml. Grapefruit
- 2 Dashes Orange bitter
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake hard and double strain in a rock glass with a large cube ice
- Garnish with a grapefruit zest
