I love the carajillos made with Licor 43 but this time I wanted to prepare something different. This cocktail is very refreshing, it has a fruity, sweet taste and is perfect for this time of the year.

Ingredients

• 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Lemon juice
• 22 Oz. Agave Syrup
• 30 Ml. Cofee Liquor

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add to the cocktail shaker 1 oz of lemon juice, 8 raspberries, 0.75 oz of agave syrup and muddle.
• Add 1 oz of coffee liquor, 1.75 oz of Liquor 43 Original, 1 egg white into the cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds.
• Add ice and shake it again for 10 seconds.
• Strain into a glass and garnish with a beautiful flower.

Coffee Preparation

• In my recipe I only use 1 oz of coffee liquor.
