Cocktail Inspiration

I wanted to brighten the flavors that are already in the licor 43 with accents of orange banana and chocolate notes from the espresso

Ingredients

  • 22 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 22 Ml. Marie Brizard Banana Liqueur
  • 44 Ml. George Dickle Rye
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
  • 1 Oz. Espresso

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Cold steep espresso, 2 orange peels and rye together, then strain.
  • Add 1.5oz of coffee rye infusion to a yarai, add .75oz of licor 43, .50oz of banana liqueur, and two dashes of orange bitters. Then ice and stir
  • Stain into a chilled martini glass, add orange twist as garnish

  • Cold steep loose espresso in rye and orange peel
