In october 2022 i became a classified bartender at the europaen bartender school in berlin. Today I am the bar manager and head bartender of an new bar in Germany called „Semm‘s Ecke“

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 10 Ml. Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 40 Ml. Milk
  • 40 Ml. Cold brewed coffee

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Fill the Milk, salted caramel syrup and the Licor 43 in an Shaker.
  • Shake and strain into a highball glass.
  • Fill the highball with crushed ice
  • Float with the cold brewed coffee
  • Garnish with coffee beans
