Reversed Latte Macchiato 43

In october 2022 i became a classified bartender at the europaen bartender school in berlin. Today I am the bar manager and head bartender of an new bar in Germany called „Semm‘s Ecke“
- 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 10 Ml. Salted Caramel Syrup
- 40 Ml. Milk
- 40 Ml. Cold brewed coffee
- Fill the Milk, salted caramel syrup and the Licor 43 in an Shaker.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass.
- Fill the highball with crushed ice
- Float with the cold brewed coffee
- Garnish with coffee beans
- Cold brew coffee
