I used the place I work in, with that mystical vibe, lighting, and good live music to inspire me to create the drink that take the name of the city where I lived in Spain.

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 20 Ml. Strained Coffee
• 10 Ml. Cachaça
• 15 Ml. Cucumber Syrup
• 15 Ml. Sicilian Lemon
• 1 Dashes Salt Flower
• 1 Dashes Black Pepper

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Misture all and shake in the cocktail shaker, with a double strained.
• Garnish as blade of cucumber, square ice cube in a low glass and 3 coffee beans.

Coffee Preparation

• Simple strained, but iced coffee.
