The idea was to bring an emotion of habits. “Abrasileirar” the post-meal ritual that is also characteristic of liqueur 43.
In what way? Along with Carajillo, one of the most typical desserts in Brazil
Ingredients
- 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
- 25 Ml. Cachaça Prata
- 30 Ml. Café Coado Arabica
- 15 Ml. Guava Jam
- 3 Ml. Suco de Limão Taiti - Lime Juice.
Method
Cocktail Preparation
- Add all the ingredients on the shaker. Shake It.
- In an On the Rocks with ice, strain the cocktail twice.
- Finish the cocktail with a garnish of cheese (preferably half-aged or cured, if you don't use parmesan).
Coffee Preparation
- 100ml water, 12gr Coffe Arabica, water temperature at 90 graus
