A sophisticated blend of aromatic flavors to delight. Inspired by Espresso Tonics, this libation combines the subtle sweetness of Licor 43 with the earthy essence of fresh rosemary and cold brew.

Espresso Tonic

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 22 Ml. Freshly Squeezed Orange
  • 15 Ml. St. Germain
  • 60 Ml. Tonic Water
  • 1 Drops Rosemary Sprig

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine 2 oz. of Licor 43, 1.5 oz. of Cold Brew Concentrate, 0.75 oz. of Freshly Squeezed Orange, 0.5 oz. of St. Germain, and a sprig of Rosemary in a shaker.
  • Shake until foamy, double strain into a rocks-filled Collins Glass.
  • Top with Tonic Water (1.5 - 2 Oz.). Let foam surface. Bar stir optional.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and a rosemary sprig.
Coffee Preparation
  • Combine 150g of Pura Vida Costa Rica coarsely ground coffee (notes of Toffee, Praline, and Lemon), and 300g of boiling water.
  • Allow coffee grounds to bloom for 2 minutes.
  • Add 300g of cold water to the mixture. Store in refrigerator for 18 hours.
  • After 18 hours, strain through a nut milk bag, store and refrigerate.
