Ingredients

  • 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Awamori
  • 30 Ml. Drip Coffee (serve cold). V60 method. Coffee: Fazenda Santa Terezinha, Paraisópolis-MG, Brazil. Region: Mantiqueira de Minas. Arabica. Variety: Catucaí Amarelo. Altitude 1200 meters. Natural Processing. Drying in a suspended yard. Medium light roast. Roasting: Zalaz Brazil. Roaster: Gabriel Ribeiro da Silva
  • 60 Ml. Coconut water
  • 50 Ml. White tea (serve cold)

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a pre-chillled long drink glass, filled with ice, serve the awamori, coffee, tea and coconut water. Finally, serve Licor 43
  • Briefly stir
  • Garnish with dehydrated coconut slices
Coffee Preparation
  • Recipe for 700ml, with 44g of medium grinding coffee. Water temperature: 100 degrees Celsius. Total extraction time: 2minutes and 40 seconds. Extraction in 5 steps
  • V60 Filter (pre-scalded) 1st: 0min 0s. Add 120ml of water
  • 2nd: 0min 35s. Add 150Ml of water
  • 3rd: 1min 5s. Add 180ml of water
  • 4th: 1min 35s. Add 150ml of water
  • 5th: 2min 5s. Add 100ml of water
