Cocktail Inspiration

I wanted to create a cocktail that elevates the flavors of Licor 43 in the best way possible

Ingredients

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 1 Oz. Chipotle pepper infused vodka
• 1 Oz. Blood orange cordial
• 30 Ml. Espresso
• 6 Drops Angostura bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients into shaker tin
• Shake vigorously with ice filled to the top of tin
• Strain into a chilled coupe
• Add angostura drops along side of glass on top of foam, use skewer to draw hearts through the drops
• Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel

Coffee Preparation

• Pull single shot of espresso (30 ml)
