Delving into different types of drink creation gives me great pleasure, which is why from the world of coffee I sometimes venture into bartending.

Ingredients

  • 40 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Cross Keys Sea Buckthorn Gin
  • 55 Ml. pear jucie
  • 65 Ml. Coffee prepared in aeropress
  • 7 Ml. lemon juice

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Cool down the margarita glass
  • Prepare a coffee
  • Pour all ingredients to the shaker and add ice
  • Trong shake to create foam
  • Remove ice from margarita glass and strain drink to it
Coffee Preparation
  • Coffee used - filter roast Mexico Gudalupe Zaju natural processed
  • Method- inverted aeropress
  • Amount of coffee used- 25grams very fine grinded
  • Amount of water used for brewing -100ml in temp 98C
  • Brew time 2min
  • Amount of recieved liquid -65 ml
