I’m Eduardo, a bartender for 8 years, and a partner in a café where I’ve gained extensive knowledge about coffee. There, I serve as both a bartender and a barista. Like many Brazilians, I enjoy café com leite.

Cocktail Inspiration

Enjoying a café com leite (coffee with milk) at the farm on a summer day, overlooking the countryside.

Ingredients

  • 25 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 40 Ml. Coffee
  • 5 Ml. Brasilberg
  • 25 Ml. Milk
  • 10 Ml. Tamarindo cordial
  • 5 Ml. Honey

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • In a shaker, combine all ingredients, add plenty of ice, and shake until well chilled.
  • Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with coffee beans.
Coffee Preparation
  • Select a high-quality specialty coffee with hints of chocolate and strawberry for the French press. Ratio of 10g of coffee to every 100ml of hot water.
  • Place in the French press, wait for 3 to 4 minutes, then press down, and a delicious French press coffee is ready.
