Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Aged Cachaça
  • 30 Ml. Cold Brew
  • 45 Ml. Cashew Nut Milk
  • 15 Ml. Cashew Apple Juice
  • 25 Ml. Carbonated Water

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Shake all ingredients (except the carbonated water) with ice.
  • Strain into a large Collins glass (around 400ml) with ice.
  • Add the carbonated water.
  • Express an orange peel over the top of the cocktail and glass rim.
  • Garnish with a funky straw or mixing stick or spoon.
Coffee Preparation
  • Grind the coffee beans coarsely.
  • Weight the amount of coffee you're using, and measure up 4 times as much filtered water.
  • Add the coffee and the water to a large recipient. Make sure all the coffee is in contact with water.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 18h to 24h hours, tasting at intervals.
  • Strain through a coffee filter and keep refrigerated for up to three days.
