I love to compose drinks that engage all of the senses. I also, like to get a vibe from my drink when I’m naming it. This felt like a clever and fun lycanthrope.

• 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 30 Ml. Uruapan Charanda Blanco
• 22 Ml. Cold Pressed Pineapple Juice
• 22 Ml. El Guapo Creole Orgeat
• 15 Ml. Upper Left Roasters Cold Brew Concentrate

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• Add all ingredients to a shaking tin
• Place fresh ice in cocktail glass
• Add ice to shaking tin and shake vigorously
• Double strain into cocktail glass
• Garnish with pineapple fronds and serve
