I am a husband and father of two. I have worked in the service industry off and on for 19 years. I created this cocktail to help my bar add an after-dinner drink to the menu.

Cocktail Inspiration

Carajillo

Ingredients

  • 30 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 30 Ml. Cenote Cristalino Anejo
  • 60 Ml. Decaf Coffee Infused Campari
  • 44 Ml. Cold Brew Coffee (Diluted)
  • 10 Drops Saline Solution (3 parts Salt: 1 part Water)
  • 1 Dashes Expressed Lemon Rip

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Infuse 1 oz. of Decaf Coffee (blended) to 1 cup of Campari for 24 hours.
  • Add ingredients 1-4 from above into a tin with ice. Shake vigorously.
  • Strain into desired glassware. Coupe or Martini Glass
  • Add 10 drops of saline solution into the cocktail.
  • Express a Lemon rip over the cocktail and place on the glass.
