I am José Daniel, a professional bartender.
Owner of Santo Diablito: Micheladas and Cocktails, I have my own brand of coffee and it was the one I used to make the Cold Brew for my cocktail.

Cocktail Inspiration

It is a cocktail that seeks to highlight the notes of liquor 43 with the help of the other ingredients. Guatemala is a country with a great variety of coffee of different types and regions. Because we have a fairly warm climate, I tried to make a refreshing and light cocktail, so that it would be effortless to drink more than one without being invasive to the palate.

Ingredients

  • 60 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 15 Ml. Vermouth Rosso
  • 22 Ml. Lime juice
  • 60 Ml. Cold Brew Soda

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients to the shaker and mix, pour into a Collins glass with ice, add two ounces of Cold Brew soda, and decorate with orange and sugar cane.
Coffee Preparation
  • To make the cold brew, the coffee was added to cold water and allowed to rest for 18 hours, then a filter was used to remove all sediments.
