Cocktail Inspiration

Combining unusual ingredients together and designing a drink for those who appreciate the Art of mixology and the exploration of new Taste horizons inspired me to create a unique flavor experience using Licor 43, which is known for ist complex flavor profile of vanilla, citrus, and aromatic spices, therefore served as the perfect base for this inventive concoction.

Ingredients

  • 50 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 2 Oz. White Pepper
  • 2 Oz. Coreander Seeds
  • 300 Ml. Coconut Milk
  • 2 Oz. White chocolate
  • 1 Ml. Pro Espuma

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Prepare your Glass ( preferabally a hot toddy Glass ) by Melting your white chocalate and Dipping your Glass into it, creating a beautiful Dripping white chocalate half-rim. Put your Glass into a Freezer or fridge to cool down, in the meantime continue With Step 02.
  • Prepare your espuma by combining Coconut milk and liquor 43 togheter with a Bit of pro espuma.
  • Pour your coffee Into the Hot Toddy Glass and top it with your espuma
Coffee Preparation
  • Take a big Mason jar and add about 17 Oz (500 Grams) of the coffee power of your Choice into it. Add your coreander Seeds and white Pepper. Fill the jar with warm water ( About 45 Celcius ). Stirr your mixture and let it sit in the fridge for about 12-15 Hours.
  • Cold brew extracts the coffee very slowly over a Long period of time which Limits the amount of acidity and bitterness for an Overall Smoother flavour. The coreander Seeds Taste slightly nutze and Produce a lovely Aroma when heated, whereas the white Pepper brings a touch of elegante with its mild Sweet flavour, followed by subtle heat notes with even hints of Ginger and the subtle Heat contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of white chocolate. The addition of coffee brings a robust depth, which pairs perfectly with the complex flavor profile of liquor 43 of vanilla and citrus aromatics. This cocktail not only tantalizes the taste buds but also engages the senses with its rich aroma and silky texture.
