Ingredients

• 15 Ml. Licor 43 Original
• 45 Ml. Cachaça
• 20 Ml. Cold brew
• 2 Dashes Angustura

Method

Cocktail Preparation

• In a mixing glass, place two zests, one of Sicilian lemon and the other of Bahia orange, add all the ingredients and add ice
• Mix for 15 seconds and then strain with a strainer into a coupe glass, finish with a Bahia orange zest in the glass.

Coffee Preparation

• Cold brew
• Proportion 1 12, 100 g for 1,200 liters of water
• Add the coffee, add cold water and stir. Leave it in the fridge to infuse for 10 hours. Then strain.
