Carajillo

Ingredients

  • 45 Ml. Licor 43 Original
  • 45 Ml. Espresso
  • 30 Ml. Siete lenguas blanco tequila
  • 15 Ml. Disaronno liquor
  • 4 Dashes Mexican chocolate bitters

Method

Cocktail Preparation
  • Combine all ingriedents into shaker
  • Add light ice and quickly hard shake to avoid to much water dilution.
  • Using a high ball glass paint honey on one side and dust with peanut butter powder. Use paper towel to clean excess dust.
  • Crack ice into cup and double strain cocktail to serve.
